The STAR BEADS Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is designed for the extraction of genomic DNA from different biological samples, such as whole blood, saliva, tissues, cultured cells. For other matrixes species, performance must be validated by the customer.
It is designed to be used with any downstream application that employs enzymatic amplification or other enzymatic modifications of DNA followed by signal detection or amplification. All diagnostic results generated using the sample preparation procedure along with any downstream diagnostic tests should be interpreted in relation to other clinical or laboratory findings.
