STAR FLUOR – 3D VASCULAR: New fluorescent markers for tissue vasculature 3D imaging

Cyanagen introduces a fluorescent NIR line of markers for 3D imaging of tissue vasculature. Developed under EU’s H2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant (GA number 813839), STAR FLUOR – 3D VASCULAR provides a robust and reliable imaging technique for studying disease progression related to blood vessel disorders. These novel fluorescent markers can image small as well as largevessels, including the post-glomerular capillaries. The non-toxicity of these markers provides >97% cell viability, thus allowing their use in in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo applications.

Features:

VERSATILE: STAR FLUOR – 3D VASCULAR comes with various fluorescent tags (STAR FLUOR645- STAR FLUOR680-STAR FLUOR770), which are compatible with the most common lasers available in imaging instruments.

HIGHLY STABLE: The marker’s high photostability and chemical stability allow imaging for a longer period without the degradation of the dye.

HIGH-RESOLUTION IMAGING: The STAR FLUOR – 3D VASCULAR optical properties in the NIR region provide a better signal-to-noise ratio without any signal overlap with the autofluorescence, thereby deepening the tissue penetration.

NON-TOXIC: The marker is non-toxic,providing >97% cell viability.
